Agreement to Terms
Benin Motors is an online platform that connects car buyers, sellers, and dealers in the Benin Republic. Our role is to provide a trusted marketplace where vehicles can be listed and discovered. By using our site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service. We reserve the right to update or change our Terms of Service at any time.
Accounts and Registration
To use certain features, you must create an account as a Seller (individual) or Dealer (car company). You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activities under your account.
Car Listings
Sellers and Dealers can list cars by providing accurate details (make, model, year, price, etc.) and uploading photos. Benin Motors reserves the right to approve, edit, or remove listings that are misleading, fraudulent, or inappropriate. You may not list stolen vehicles, fake listings, or cars without proper documentation.
Transactions and Payments
Currently, all transactions are handled offline between buyers and sellers/dealers. Benin Motors does not process or guarantee payments and is not responsible for the outcome of any transaction. We strongly recommend meeting in safe public places and verifying all documents before making payments.
Verification and Trust
Benin Motors may provide verification badges for Dealers or Sellers after review, but this does not guarantee the quality of their services or vehicles. Users are encouraged to do their own due diligence before completing a transaction.
User Responsibilities
When using Benin Motors, you agree to: Use the platform only for lawful purposes. Not post false, misleading, or harmful content. Respect other users and communicate honestly. Not use the website for scams, fraud, or illegal activities.
Intellectual Property
All content on Benin Motors (logos, design, text, images, etc.) is the property of Benin Motors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content,
Limitation of Liability
Benin Motors is a platform only and does not own or sell vehicles listed. We are not responsible for the quality, legality, safety, or ownership of cars listed on the site. We are not liable for losses, damages, or disputes arising from transactions between buyers and sellers.
Modifications to the Platform
We may update or change features, pricing, or policies of the platform at any time without prior notice.
Termination of Account
Benin Motors reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent activity.
